Custom Restoration

This beautiful award winning 1975 Yamaha RD350B has a fresh custom restoration.

We recently put the bike in a motorcycle show and took a trophy!

  • Frame and swingarm powder coated gloss black

  • Complete Engine Overhaul

    • Crank shaft rebuilt using all new bearings and rods

    • New transmission bearings

    • All new  seals, and gaskets

    • Fresh bore to 64.25mm (1st over) Pro-X  pistons coated using HVC's "TPC" coating.

    • Oil injection blocked off, Pre-Mix only

    • New clutch kit and springs

    • Side covers, cylinders, and heads painted and polished.

    • New reeds and intake boots

  • HVCcycle performance exhaust

  • Powerdynamo high output electronic ignition an electrical system (MZB)

  • Maintenance free sealed battery, battery box has been re-coated and all new rubber bumpers and grommets installed

  • Billet Aluminum Kick starter

  • Carbs rebuilt and jetted for the exhaust and air filter

  • Air box re-coated and a K&N air filter installed

  • Fresh yellow yaint with the Yamaha tuning fork emblem

  • Front forks re-conditioned, fork lowers polished. New progressive fork springs

  • New Redwing vintage shocks

  • New swingarm bushings

  • Stainless steel front brake line.

  • Brakes pads and shoes are new, front brake caliper and master cylinder have been overhauled

  • Tapered steering head bearings

  • Chrome headlight mounts

  • HVCcycle Streetfighter seat, all new seat rubber pads

  • New wider aluminum Excel rims

    • laced with stainless steel spokes

    • powder coated hubs.

    • new wheel bearing kits

  • New Bridgestone BT45 tires.

    • 100/90-18 front

    • 110/90-18 rear

  • New chain and sprockets

  • New Super bike handle bars, new grips, Control pods re-done.

  • Custom Gauge faces to match the paint, new center trim plate

  • Petcock and fuel cap have been re-sealed with new seals.

  • all new control cables

 This is a great little bike. It starts up on the first or second kick.  The four speed  transmission is an all down set up and the bike will cruise at 35 to 40MPH.

The fuel must be mixed as this bike was built before Yamaha came out with oil injection.  The paint is all original.  The lights and speedometer all work properly.

Comes with the original owners manual, a title, and a bill of sale.
