HVCcycle Domestic & International Shipping Policy and Charges.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

HVCcycle ships with FedEx ground service if the package weights over 1 pound. Anything under a pound we will ship Priority Mail.

Special Orders placed or items on back order will not be shipped until the complete order is together unless requested by you. In this event additional shipping charges may apply.

Items Listed in our on-line catalog that we do not have in stock will be shipped when they arrive. Shipping of these items is at no additional cost.

We will do everything we can to get your order out as soon as possible. Orders are shipped the next business day, any order placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Tuesday.

Domestic United States shipping rates are posted below.

International Shipping

International Shipping is shipped with the US postal service.  Insurance is required.  We ship Parcel Post Airmail  or International Priority Mail unless another option is requested by the customer. A $7.00 service fee is applied to all international shipments to cover the extra time and paper work required for the shipment.  Please provide your local telephone number, it is required for the custom forms. We ship international shipments daily.

Shipping charges listed on this web site and calculated by the shopping cart system and  are not the correct rates for international shipments.  If international buyers use the shopping cart we will follow up with the needed shipping adjustments. International shipments will not be processed until full shipping payment is received.

HVCcycle is not responsible for import duty fees and accurately declares the value of purchased items on customs forms.
